Grand Cayman PADI Reactivate Scuba Refresher Course

Has it been a while since your last dive? No worries! Red Sail Sports can ease you back into the world of scuba diving with our PADI Reactivate Scuba Refresher course in Grand Cayman. This intensive one-day course covers theory, skills, and everything else you need to get back in the water as soon as possible.

Our Grand Cayman PADI Reactivate Scuba Refresher course starts with a review of the scuba knowledge you learned during your initial training. We then practice fundamental skills in the pool. During this part of the course, you will cover:

• Safe diving practices
• Dive planning fundamentals
• Problem management
• Breathing air at a depth
• Recreational diving, dive computers, and dive tables: basic knowledge
• Recreational diving, dive computers, and dive tables: dive planning

After you complete the knowledge assessment in our air-conditioned classroom, we’ll gear up and head for the pool to complete the confined water skills session. You’ll review information about each skill, why it’s important, and points to remember when performing it.

To finish the day, we’ll hop aboard the afternoon dive boat and head out for a shallow one-tank dive to test your newly refreshed skills and ease you back into the wonderful world of scuba diving!

You can also complete the theory section of your scuba tune-up online with PADI eLearning. This means that when you arrive in Grand Cayman, we can skip straight to the practical session, getting you into the water faster!

The PADI Reactivate Scuba Refresher is required for people who have not been diving in six years or more. If you have dived more recently, but still not for two years or more, you may only need to take our PADI Dive Refresher course. If you have not dived for over 10 years, please contact us to discuss further training.
