Crystal-Clear Waters and Spectacular Visibility

The first thing you’ll notice when you dive into the ocean surrounding Grand Cayman is how incredibly clear the water is. Visibility can reach up to 100 feet or more, which means you’ll be able to see everything from tiny colorful fish to majestic sea turtles and stingrays.

With such clear waters, you can enjoy submerged sights in stunning detail. This not only makes more vivid memories, but it’s also the perfect environment for amazing photos and videos.

The best way to experience this startling visibility for yourself is on our Grand Cayman scuba diving trips. Our team of local, experienced experts knows the best dive sites to visit, ensuring you can enjoy the most unforgettable experience.

Diverse Marine Life and Vibrant Coral Reefs

As you explore the underwater world of Grand Cayman, you’ll quickly realise just how diverse our marine life is. From colourful fish darting in and out of the coral reefs to graceful sea turtles gliding effortlessly through the water, every dive is a chance to spot something new and exciting.

Our coral reefs are a sight to behold, and diving amongst them is a truly unique experience. The vibrant colours and intricate formations of the reefs create an otherworldly scene that you’ll never forget.  And with so many different dive sites to choose from, you have the opportunity to explore a variety of reef ecosystems.

In addition to our West End diving, we can also help you explore awe-inspiring sights beneath the sea in the island’s East End. Learn more about the Grand Cayman East End scuba diving experiences we provide with our sister company Tortuga Divers.

Exciting Wrecks and Dive Sites

If you’re looking for adventure, then you’ll be pleased to know that Grand Cayman has plenty of exciting wrecks and dive sites to explore. One of the most popular is the USS Kittiwake, a former US Navy submarine rescue vessel that was intentionally sunk off the coast of Grand Cayman to create an artificial reef.

The Kittiwake now sits at a depth of 60 feet and has become a hub of marine activity, so it’s an ideal spot for experienced divers. This eerie wreck attracts divers from all around the world — and we help them explore it on our 2-Tank Kittiwake Wreck Dive.

Other popular dive sites around Grand Cayman include:

  • Marty’s Wall
  • Tarpon Alley
  • Babylon (North Wall)
  • Neptune’s Wall
  • Oro Verde
  • Doc Poulson
  • Spanish Anchor
  • Angelfish Reef
  • Orange Canyon
